Terms and Conditions NS8 – Platform Usage Guidelines

1Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Welcome to NS8. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and NS8 ("Company", "we"). By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the NS8 platform accessible via the website ns8.onl or the official NS8 mobile app, you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms along with all related policies, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are required to cease using the NS8 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these Terms are published will be deemed as your acceptance of those changes.

2Membership Eligibility

To register and use the NS8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. NS8 strictly prohibits minors from using our platform under any circumstances.
• Be located in a geographic region where use of the NS8 platform is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• Not currently on the NS8 self-exclusion list or any gaming limit programme you have personally enrolled in.
• Not currently declared bankrupt or subject to an active debt administration order.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Malaysian law.

NS8 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time. If you are found to not meet any of the above conditions, NS8 reserves the right to close your account and forfeit any related balance or wins.

3Account Registration and Management

3.1 New Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to register and hold one (1) active account at NS8. Registering multiple accounts, whether using the same or different identities, is a serious violation of these Terms. NS8 uses advanced detection technology to identify duplicate accounts and reserves the right to close all such accounts immediately without prior notice.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. This includes your full name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and banking details. Any false or misleading information provided will result in the termination of your account, and NS8 reserves the right to withhold any funds in that account pending the completion of an investigation.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your NS8 account password and login credentials. NS8 recommends that you use a strong and unique password, enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account settings, and never share your login details with anyone. NS8 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence.

4Fund Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

NS8 accepts deposits via a range of fully supported payment methods for Malaysian users, including FPX (all major banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, and direct bank transfer. All deposits are credited to your NS8 account within seconds once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

4.2 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawals from your NS8 account will be processed within 15 minutes to the bank account or e-wallet you registered. NS8 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals to ensure the security of your funds. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in your own name — NS8 does not allow withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Limits

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are subject to the selected payment method. Detailed information on current limits is available on the NS8 Withdrawal page. NS8 reserves the right to set additional withdrawal limits for specific accounts based on risk profile and gaming activity.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of NS8's commitment to security and anti-money laundering compliance, we reserve the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Documents that may be required include a copy of your identification card, proof of current address, and bank statements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in delays or suspension of withdrawal processing.

5Bonuses, Promotions and Rollover Requirements

5.1 Bonus Offers

NS8 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time, including a Welcome Bonus, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, and seasonal promotions. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms stated on each promotion on the NS8 Promotions page.

5.2 Rollover Requirements (Re-Wagering)

Every bonus received must meet the specified rollover requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement refers to the total betting amount a member must complete before a bonus balance becomes eligible to be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated on the respective promotion page.

• Rollover is calculated based on total betting amount, not on winnings or losses.
• Not all games contribute equally to rollover requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the respective promotion terms.
• NS8 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated wins if there is evidence of promotional system abuse.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the rollover requirements.

5.3 Prohibition of Bonus Abuse

NS8 strictly prohibits all forms of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using wagering strategies designed solely to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk, or colluding with other members to exploit promotional offers. Any account found to be involved in such activities will be terminated immediately.

6Game Rules

All games offered on the NS8 platform have their own specific rules, which can be found within the respective game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to fully comply with those rules.

• The outcome of all games is final once the round is completed and recorded by the NS8 system.
• In the event of a technical error or disruption during a game session, NS8 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the original bet to the member's account.
• NS8 uses an internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness of every game.
• The minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are as displayed within the game interface.
• Wins resulting from technical errors or software faults are void and NS8 is not obligated to pay out such wins.

7Member Conduct and Responsibilities

As an NS8 member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible, lawful, and ethical manner. The following are strictly prohibited on the NS8 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to access or interact with the NS8 platform without written authorization from NS8.
• Engaging in any action intended to defraud the NS8 system, including game manipulation, hacking, or exploitation of software bugs.
• Using the NS8 platform for any illegal activities including money laundering, credit card fraud, or terrorism financing.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your NS8 account to any other party.
• Posting or spreading offensive, threatening, or inappropriate content through NS8 communication channels.
• Acting in a disrespectful manner or harassing other members or NS8 support staff.

NS8 reserves the right to investigate any suspected activity and take appropriate action, including temporary suspension or closure of accounts, holding of funds, and reporting illegal activity to the relevant authorities.

8Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request closure of your NS8 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Prior to closure, all bonuses that have not met the rollover requirements will be forfeited. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be returned to you via the original payment method used for your last deposit, subject to the resolution of any ongoing investigations.

8.2 Closure by NS8

NS8 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have violated any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• NS8 has reasonable grounds to believe that your account is being used for fraudulent or illegal activity.
• You have failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

In the event of account closure due to a Terms violation, NS8 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and wins in that account subject to the outcome of an investigation.

11Laws and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NS8 is registered and operates. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the relevant court in accordance with those laws.

By using the NS8 platform, you acknowledge that you have understood and accepted the applicable legal jurisdiction and agree to resolve any disputes through channels designated by NS8 before pursuing any formal legal action.

NS8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any part of its services at any time without prior notice to members, subject to applicable legal obligations to return legitimate member funds.
